
The inauguration of the academic year at Adam Mickiewicz University for Erasmus+ and international exchange students took place recently with great enthusiasm. The event welcomed 740 students from 42 different countries, the majority coming from Kazakhstan, Spain, and Türkiye. The ceremony featured inspiring speeches and warm words of welcome from key university representatives, including Head of the AMU International Relations Centre, Joanna Barszcz, as well as heads of various international and student support offices.
Students had the opportunity to meet representatives from the Centre of Polish Language and Culture for International Students, the Erasmus+ Office, and the AMU Welcome Centre, fostering a sense of community and support from the start.
The university expressed its wishes for all students to have a joyful, inspiring, and unforgettable academic year at Adam Mickiewicz University, encouraging them to enjoy both their studies and the vibrant city of Poznań.
